Simply put, Shea Wolfe Designs will protect your information as we would protect our own.  We will not publish, share, sell, rent or otherwise disseminate your information to any other person, company or entity unless required to do so by court order.

 

We do not store any credit card numbers and are certified PCI compliant.  Any names, addresses, or telephone numbers will never be put on any computer connected to the internet or to a wireless device. 

 

All information of a sensitive nature written down for purchases will be shredded after the business transaction is complete. 

 

This is an old fashion approach, perhaps, but we take our responsibility to protect your information very seriously.

Return Policy

Limited Return Policy– If the product is damaged in transit or if the product sent is not the one you ordered we will accept returns sent back (post marked) within 7 days of your receiving the product.  Return shipping costs will be on us if we made the mistake or if the shipping company damaged the product.  Please insure the product you are returning, send a copy of shipping costs and you will be reimbursed accordingly.
